This morning I asked Mallory what she wanted for breakfast. As always, I gave her the run down of choices, but she always wants to look in the pantry to make sure there are no other options. So, while I was washing a few dishes in the sink, she went to the pantry to take a peak.
Within seconds of opening the door, she screams a horrible scream and runs frantic into the living room! I'm freaking out wondering what in the world could be in the pantry to create such a scare!! I rush after her into the living room and ask her what was wrong.
Her response.....
"Mr. Rabbit's cat was hiding in there."
Are you kidding me?!?!? Her imaginary friend, "Mr. Rabbit", caused all that!?!?! HOLY COW!! Mallory has a very vivid imagination, but she's never taken it that far! And, I never even knew Mr. Rabbit had a cat! HA!! There's never a dull moment around here! :-)
