Pizza, Spaghetti, and Basagna!

Tonight we had dinner at Bruno's!!  Jack and Micah loved their pizza and spaghetti!!

It's hard to tell from these pictures (they were taken with my phone), but Micah is COVERED in spaghetti sauce!!!  He was downing that stuff as fast as he could!

Mallory loved her "basagna" and salad, but couldn't wait to get into Papa's lap with Macy and watch cartoons on his iphone.  Do your kids love to watch shows on your iphone?  I'm telling ya.... it's been a lifesaver for us at restaurants!!  :-)

Canton, Andy's, and Cards

What a fabulous day!!!  My mom and I took the kids and headed to Canton this morning.  Although we didn't buy much, we had a wonderful time....

Mallory started out the day riding in our "Canton cart".

Jack started out the day kicked back in his stroller - is this not the way to go?!?!

After lunch and a good nap, Jack got out and helped push the cart.

So precious!!

Then, he decided it would be much more fun to walk alongside "Deedle-Dee"!!!  Boy, does she have a shadow!!!

Jack ended the day riding IN the Canton cart and had so much fun!

When we got home, we went to our favorite restaurant - WHATABURGER!  And then we headed to our favorite dessert stop - ANDY'S!!!

We tailgated, so the kids got in the back of the car to eat their cones.  Here Jack is saying, "CHEEEEEEEESE!"

Mallory usually shares a "concrete" with me, but tonight she got her very own cone.

Jack loved his little "sample cone".  :-)
After Andy's, my mom and dad came over and played cards with us.  Canasta is still our favorite game and tonight was as close as they come.  The guys beat us, but only in the last hand!  Nana and Papa taught Mallory how to play Uno, so we promised her a game of Uno to end the night.

Cute little grin

She loves to play and LOVES to win!! (And, who doesn't!?!)  She gets her competitive nature very honestly!!!  :-)

Let there be light!

Ever since my last redecorating day, I have missed the lighting in my entry hall.  So tonight, I rearranged again and brought back the lamp.  My blog friend Melissa, from Melissa's Heart and Home, inspired me to use this red tray on the table.  Melissa, if you're reading, I went to two different Pier 1 stores and neither one had the bird tray you found... you lucky duck!  :-) Here's my entry hall now... well lighted!  Ahhhh!

I was using this tray in my piano room, but think it looks much better here.

And, across from the entry hall table is my birdcage and an arrangment.

I'm thinking about putting my new cross plate here on top of the tv cabinet.  I think it shows up better here than on the fireplace where it blended in.  I'm not 100% sure though.

Tonight I went in Mallory's room and found her coloring at her desk... oh, she's getting so big!  But, she's still my baby girl.  Look at that precious little tutu!

Don't forget that Tuesday (4/27) is the last day to enter my Episencial Skin Care Products Set Giveaway!!!
And,  I've got a ton of reviews to post, so be watching for those!

Birthday Weekend

What a busy weekend I've had... but what a great weekend!  Friday was my birthday, but it was also a garage sale prep day.  Josh and Amy had a garage sale at their house on Saturday.  So, I spent what seemed like all week cleaning out our closets and tagging it all.  I didn't realize how much unused stuff we had!  Unbelievable!  So, since Friday night was going to be so busy, Brad decided to have a party for me on Saturday night.  My brother, Chad, and I have birthdays 3 days apart, so Tennille (Chad's wife) asked if we could combine the birthday celebrations into one.  So, that's what we did.  Brad still cooked out hamburgers and they were YUMMY!!!  Here are the kids enjoying their burgers...

Tennille and Chad brought the cookie cake!!

Then we opened our gifts while the kids played...

Amy made this frame for me and I love it!!!!

And then I got a BIG surprise!!

THIS was in that box!!!!!  HOLY COW!!!  Chad, Tennille, Josh, and Amy all went in with Brad to get me this new camera!!!  It's so amazing!!  I am still in shock!

Scarlett, Mallory, and Macy with Uncle Josh
(Mallory is SO thankful to finally have some little girls in the family!)

Scarlett loving on Mallory

My mom surprised all the girls with PRECIOUS ladybug pillowcase dresses.

Mallory LOVED hers!!

Amy and Macy

Mallory and Nana

Here's Mallory in her new dress.  They all wore them to church this morning!  (And, this picture was taken with my new camera!!  Pretty good, huh?!)

I had to try out the camera in all lighting so, here's one in Jack's room while he was asleep.  :-)

Isn't this rose gorgeous?!?!  It's in my backyard!!!

Here are our knock-out roses.  If anyone has any suggestions for what else to put in this area, I'd love to hear them!  We had azaleas, but they got too much sun.  :-(

I think I need something decorative, too.  Suggestions?!?!?

Mallory playing in the backyard.

I found this cross plate at Tuesday Morning and decided I had to have it!  Isn't it fun to have birthday money to spend?!?!?  I'm not sure if it's staying here on the fireplace or not.  I'll take some more pictures once I have it settled.
I hope you had a great weekend, too!
